⛰️ Rockand.ch 2024 - Prep Page

Rock and Hike is a 100km hike around lake Zurich.

To prepare for the hike we created a prep plan.
It is set up in such a way that you can join whenever you like, also you don't have to participate in the final 100km hike. If you do however we recommend to participate in at least 2-3 of the longer hikes.

All the details regarding the individual hikes will be comunicated in our Whataspp group.

  Sa. 09 - Rundwanderung Greifensee (20.7km, ~04:00h) 
  Fr. 21 - 2x Rundwanderung Greifensee (41.4km, ~09:00h)

  Sa. 06 - Rundwanderung Greifensee (20.7km, ~04:00h) 
  Sa. 13 - Seewlisee (15km, ~05:45h)
  Sa. 27 - 2x Rundwanderung Greifensee (41.4km, ~09:00h)

  Sa. 03 - Rundwanderung Greifensee (20.7km, ~04:00h) 
  Sa. 17-18 EVENT DAY - RockAnd Route (100km, ~24:00h)
